The Challenge
Hairclub wanted to update their online branding starting with a complete revamp of their existing website to incorporate a more welcoming and interactive experience.
The Process
As the lead UX/UI creative, I helped concept and design a customer journey in which the user received custom content as they explored the site. We developed an online assessment tool to modify content. Once completed, the user is guided through a personalized journey that is more engaging and is more likely to lead to conversion.
